Rzeszowski Inkubator Kultury (Rzeszów Culture Incubator), initiated as part of the Wschód Kultury (East of Culture) in June 2013, is a long-term project implemented within the walls of Estrada Rzeszowska. Currently, the Incubator is the department of education and promotion of culture at Estrada Rzeszowska.

Flexibility, observation and commitment

For over ten years, RIK has responded to the needs of the residents of Rzeszów and flexibly changed the scope of its activities, adapting them to the current needs of recipients and phenomena occurring in the cultural environment of Rzeszów. Time for more changes! As creators of culture, its recipients, and observers, we conduct various studies on cultural heritage. Research activities support the development of cultural institutions by generating new knowledge, analyzing trends, and developing strategies for actions that allow for a better understanding and promotion of cultural heritage, as well as learning about recipients' preferences.

Place, people, animation

We implement a number of activities, projects, and our own initiatives in Rzeszów Cellars and in the city space. We invite creators, artists, specialists, and cultural activists to cooperate. RIK is a place where local community animation and education go hand in hand. We also focus on professionalizing cultural activities and staff in Rzeszów. We want to develop the creative potential of the city.

Our goal is to inspire, engage, and support the local community in developing its creativity and mutual integration. Active participation in cultural life contributes to creating a better and more supportive environment for art and culture. We also document and popularize the city's culture and history.
